Plan Description

On busy days, a schedule is vital. That’s why this home has a planning center. Your calendar – complete with kids’ activities – address book and grocery lists all have space here. The center is conveniently close to both kitchen and laundry room. So multitasking is easy, whether you’re doing laundry or cooking a meal.\r\n \r\nA flex room can easily be transformed into a third bedroom. A second child in a blended family will love the privacy of his own bedroom. If a home office is more important, then French doors will beautify the space. Your home will be practical and attractive. Flex Space can also be used as the second bedroom. An alternate elevation is available in design 29519 & 29520
