A New Way To Buy Home Plans

Do any of these problems apply to you?

  • Ever changing building codes limit your home plan choices?
  • You need an engineering or Architect's stamp on your plan to get your building permit;
  • You routinely redraw home plans to meet your particular needs;

Our Solution . . .

We recognize that changing building codes and government legislation have made choosing a home plan more difficult or impossible. Design Basics has introduced two new economical ways to purchase our home plans to alleviate these concerns.

Sample Construction License"Your Right To Build" Construction License.

Who Should Consider Buying a Your Right to Build Construction License?

Customers who must have home plans drawn locally to meet the specific building code requirements of their jurisdiction, including local engineering or architectural seals, but who do not require plan specific documentation or drawings.

No Construction Prints are included with the 'Your Right to Build Construction License'.

The 'Your Right to Build Construction License' grants to you the Right to change this home plan to meet your specific needs, the 'Right' to construct the plan, and build it as many times as you wish without additional re-use fees.

With the 'Your Right to Build Construction License' you or your local Architect or drafting service draft the plan to meet your specific needs in relation to the building codes in your area.

This is a legal document. You will want to keep it in a safe place.You will need to reference the License Number when call about your plan.
